Limitation of Liability & Agreement of Service

The client releases The Detail Studio LTD. from any and all liability and claims arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, as a result of services performed.

The client understands and agrees that The Detail Studio LTD. cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants (including, but not limited to, irremovable carpet or seat stains, irreversible paint defects, odours, etc.)

The client understands that The Detail Studio LTD. will not, under any circumstances, apply any chemicals, cleaning materials, solvents or dressing to the clutch, brake or accelerator pedals of my vehicle.

The client understands the skill levels of the technician(s) may present undesirable results based on specific vehicle makes and models.

The client releases The Detail Studio LTD. from any liability or damage, visible or otherwise stated, prior to the vehicle being submitted to The Detail Studio LTD. for services. The Detail Studio LTD. cannot be held liable in the event an unauthorized individual submits a vehicle for services.

The client agrees to make payment for any and all services agreed upon, either verbal or written, prior to their vehicle being released back to the them. I authorize The Detail Studio LTD. to withhold, detain, and issue a lien on my vehicle should I refuse to make a payment for services rendered.

The client agrees that The Detail Studio LTD. will not be liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
